Alpine Aire produces a wide variety of freeze-dried, dehydrated, and ready -to-eat gourmet foods to enjoy anytime, anywhere. Only the best ingredients are used. They never use artificial preservatives, colors, flavors or white sugar and no added MSG. They also offer an extensive selection of gluten-free and bulk foods for your conveninece.
Packaging consists of laminated foil outer pouches to protect the inner contents and make it easy to prepare foods directly in the pouch. No cooking, no mess and easy clean up! Shelf life is 3-5 years, if stored in a cool, dry location. Most packages are marked with a "best used by" date, and include an oxygen absorber to extend shelf life.
Alpine Aire's production facility, laboratory and kitchen are U.S.D.A. approved and monitored regularly. They constantly test and evaluate every dish to maintain their high standards.
